Jean-Simon holds a Certificate in User Experience from the Nielsen Norman Group, an Attestation of College Studies in Graphic Design from the Collège Salette, as well as a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Musicology from the University of Montreal.

Passionate about digital experiences and human-centred design, he has over a decade of experience in web development, interface design, and user experience research across sectors including education, e-commerce, and healthcare.
