Melissa Fraser-Arnott

Director, Parliamentary Relations and Planning

Melissa Fraser-Arnott is the Director of Parliamentary Relations and Planning. Prior to joining the PBO, she worked with the Library of Parliament, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, the Centre for International Governance Innovation, and the Canadian Police College.

Melissa holds a Doctorate from the Queensland University of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business, a Master of Library and Information Science from Western, and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.
