Caroline Nicol est analyste économique au Bureau du directeur parlementaire du budget (BDPB). Venant de terminer une maîtrise en économie à l’Université de Toronto, elle possède aussi un baccalauréat en économie de l’Université Concordia.

Elle a précédemment travaillé dans le milieu des télécommunications et de l’industrie.
