Eskandar Elmarzougui

Analyste principal

Eskandar Elmarzougui est analyste économique au Bureau du directeur parlementaire du budget.

Il a travaillé comme économiste au ministère du Travail et au ministère des Finances du Québec. Avant d’intégrer la fonction publique, Eskandar a travaillé comme professeur adjoint d’économie et assistant à l’enseignement aux universités de Sousse et Laval. Il a aussi travaillé comme professionnel de recherche à plusieurs centres de recherche universitaires.

Eskandar est titulaire d’un doctorat en économie de l’Université Laval, d’une maîtrise ès sciences et d’un baccalauréat ès sciences avec concentration en économie, finance et banque de l’Université de Tunis El Manar.

have been temporarily reduced, due to the economic impacts of the COVID-19 virus. To qualify for this program, these organizations will need to demonstrate they paid between $20,000 to $1.5 million in total payroll in 2019. Repaying the balance of the loan on or before December 31, 2022 will result in loan forgiveness of 25%. PBO estimates this program to cost $9.106 billion in 2020-2021.
