Xiaoyi Yan

Directrice, Analyse des budgets

Xiaoyi Yan est directrice de l’analyse budgétaire. Avant son arrivée au Bureau du Directeur parlementaire du budget, elle a travaillé dans divers ministères et organismes chargés de l’élaboration des politiques, dont les six dernières années au sein d’Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada à titre de directrice de la recherche sur les politiques. Elle a également occupé divers postes comme responsable de la recherche et de l’analyse à Santé Canada, à Emploi et Développement social Canada, à l’Agence du revenu du Canada et à Statistique Canada.

Xiaoyi Yan est titulaire d’un doctorat en économie de l’Université Carleton, à Ottawa, au Canada.
